This SIP proposes transferring the Aero tokens currently in the Treasury on Base, which were initially being sent through from Arcadia and the SUMR Aero MM contract, to the Aero Metagovernance Multisig at 0x95e346c0c8405C0996bb3d5f51264c92345d68BC

In order to better utilise the 4.32k aero tokens, and use them to vote for additional aero incentives on the SUMR/USDC aerodrome pool.

1. Call `approve` on `0x940181a94a35a4569e4529a3cdfb74e38fd98631` with spender `0x447BF9d1485ABDc4C1778025DfdfbE8b894C3796` and amount `4326819581379051650839`

2. Call `Transfer` on `0x940181a94a35a4569e4529a3cdfb74e38fd98631` with to `0x95e346c0c8405C0996bb3d5f51264c92345d68BC` and amount `4326819581379051650839`

A **YES** vote will transfer the Aero tokens to the Aero MetaGovernance Multisig (0x95e....d68bc), a **NO** vote will not execute any transfer of Aero tokens.
